How does the community fruit-tree program work?
Browse the Arizona-focused tree guide now. Once final grower inventory is confirmed, ordering will open in the app with the available cultivars, sizes, prices, and fulfillment choices.
When can I order?
Ordering is temporarily paused while Permascaping confirms the final grower inventory. The ordering controls will appear here as soon as that list is ready.
When will the trees arrive?
Trees will arrive in January or February. The exact date is still to be determined and will be shared with customers as soon as the grower confirms it.
What will the program price include?
Final prices will be published with the confirmed inventory. Pickup or delivery, planting, and stewardship will be shown clearly before checkout.
Can I add delivery or professional planting?
Yes. Typical delivery is $15 within 15 minutes of our headquarters, $25 within 25 minutes, $35 within 35 minutes, or $45 within 45 minutes. Professional planting is typically $75 per bare-root tree or $25 per potted plant; the app confirms the exact service price before payment.
Will I be able to change my order?
When ordering opens, the app will explain when selections can be changed and when an order becomes locked after inventory is committed with the grower.
Can you help me choose and plant the trees?
Yes. Every product includes an Arizona growing guide, and you can request property-specific selection, design review, delivery, planting, and ongoing stewardship from within Permascaping.
Are the trees guaranteed?
We guarantee a healthy live tree at handoff. Broader establishment or replacement support is tied to professional planting and stewardship because irrigation, planting depth, heat, animals, and aftercare all affect survival.
