Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Property owners control whom they invite to collaborate on a property.

Planning tools

Calculators, maps, recommendations, lessons, and generated summaries are educational planning tools. Conditions vary by property. Verify measurements, utilities, permits, engineering requirements, and site conditions before construction or installation.

Orders and services

Prices, availability, delivery timing, and service scope are confirmed during checkout or directly with the Permascaping team. Separate written proposals may apply to design, installation, and contractor services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, access another person’s information without permission, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when needed to protect users or the service.

Availability

We are actively improving Permascaping and may change or temporarily interrupt features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
