Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern messages between you and Permascaping, a DBA of Homegrown Foods (“Permascaping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through SMS, RCS, Apple Messages for Business, Instagram, and other supported messaging channels.

Program description

When you initiate a conversation or provide affirmative consent, Permascaping may send conversational and transactional messages concerning your inquiry, consultations, appointments, estimates, orders, deliveries, landscape-design or contracting projects, customer support, and services you request. We do not use this consent to enroll you in unrelated promotional campaigns.

Consent and eligibility

By affirmatively opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the contact information provided and that you authorize Permascaping and its messaging service providers to send the messages described above. Consent to receive automated or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. If a separate promotional program is introduced, it will require the consent appropriate to that program.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your interactions and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

For SMS or RCS, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will suppress further messages covered by that consent unless you later reply START or provide new affirmative consent. Reply HELP or INFO for help, call 480-478-3036, or email jeremy@permascaping.com.

For Apple Messages for Business, you may stop messages by deleting the conversation and choosing Leave Conversation in the Messages app. Other platforms may provide their own blocking, deletion, or opt-out controls.

Supported carriers and channels

Availability and features vary by device, operating system, carrier, country, and messaging platform. RCS or Apple Messages for Business may not be available to every user. Where appropriate and permitted by your consent, a conversation may fall back to SMS.

Acceptable use

Do not use our messaging channels to transmit unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or malicious material. Do not send sensitive authentication credentials, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical information through ordinary messages. We may restrict access to protect users, our staff, or our systems.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue a messaging program or these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your opt-out rights remain available regardless of any change.
